I’m a free-spirited and devoted mother of four, with a deep passion for creating nurturing spaces where healing can flourish. With a strong intuitive sense, I have the ability to read a room and help balance its energy, providing a calm and empowering presence for my clients.

As a certified doula, I bring light, love, and movement into every birthing experience. My lifelong commitment to dance and movement is a powerful tool I use to support persons (birthing & non-birthing) in connecting with their bodies and inner strength. I believe it takes a village to birth and raise a child, and I’d be honored to be part of your village.
